Who I am

Chiang Mai, TH · open to junior roles

I'm a full-stack developer on the MERN-stack program at Generation Thailand (JSD13), working across both development and design. I genuinely enjoy the craft of the front end — layout, typography, interaction, and interface details — and I build the backend behind it with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

I enjoy taking ideas from interface to implementation: designing the experience, building the API and data layer, handling authentication and access control, and taking projects through deployment. My projects have been shipped to production using platforms including Cloudflare, AWS, Render, and Vercel.

Before code, I spent years in sales supervision and hospitality. That experience taught me ownership, communication, staying calm under pressure, and keeping people moving toward a solution. I'm looking for a team where I can contribute across the stack, take ownership of features end to end, and keep learning from more experienced engineers.

Johny Memo

Johny Memo — the sign-in page and workspace

A personal OS for everyday life.

A private workspace for tasks, notes and expenses, designed and built end to end. I drew the interface and the flows first, then built what sits behind them: magic-link sign-in and Postgres Row Level Security keep each person's data separated at the database rather than only in application code, and realtime sync with optimistic updates keeps it usable on a bad connection.

MDflow

MDflow — the n8n workflow diagram

A pipeline that reads and files itself.

A PDF-to-Markdown pipeline: an n8n workflow watches a Google Drive inbox, uses Gemini to OCR and restructure each file into clean Markdown, then auto-files it into an Obsidian vault. A broken library node meant calling the Drive API v3 directly over OAuth instead.

AWS S3 Static Website

S3 project screenshot

The first home of siwat.me — static hosting on Amazon S3 with a scoped bucket policy, CloudFront and ACM in front, and AWS CLI sync deployment. Later migrated to Cloudflare Pages with GitHub-triggered auto-deploy.

Full-Stack Developer

Independent Projects · Chiang Mai

  • Shipped JohnyMemo (johny.siwat.me), a privacy-first productivity PWA — magic-link auth and Row Level Security isolate user data at the database layer, not just in application logic.
  • Built realtime sync with optimistic UI updates and undo-delete, keeping the app responsive on unreliable connections.
  • Rebuilt a serverless visitor-counter API on Cloudflare Workers + D1, migrating off AWS Lambda + DynamoDB to cut cost and operational overhead.
  • Deployed siwat.me on AWS S3 + CloudFront + ACM, later moved to Cloudflare Pages with GitHub-triggered auto-deploy.
  • Built MDflow, a PDF-to-Markdown pipeline (n8n, Docker, Google Drive API, Gemini); bypassed a broken library node by calling the Drive API v3 directly over OAuth.

  • Intensive MERN-stack program covering JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, SQL and MongoDB through practical assignments and team projects.
  • Built an Express REST API over two separate data layers — PostgreSQL via Supabase and MongoDB Atlas — deployed to Render with the client on Cloudflare Pages.
  • Serving as Tech Lead (backend) on the group project — owning API design and deployment, and unblocking the team on production-breaking issues such as a malformed MongoDB URI and a wrong API base URL.

  • Led the branch to a Top 3 revenue ranking company-wide in 2025, owning sales targets, daily operations and team coaching.
  • Raised service ratings into the Top 3 among Chiang Mai car rental operators on both Google Reviews and Rentalcars.com by standardising service touchpoints and following up on every complaint.
